Electrical Installation Licences in Singapore

EMA electrical installation licence applications for non-domestic premises exceeding 45 kVA.

How CWC can help

Non-domestic premises with a power load exceeding 45 kVA, or any premises handling hazardous trades, are required by law to hold a valid EMA electrical installation licence. CWC's EMA-licensed Chief Electrician can act as your appointed Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) to manage the full application, inspection, and certification process through the EMA ELISE portal. Documentation required includes a Letter of Appointment (LOA) from the owner and a valid electricity account with a retailer. Licences must be renewed through your LEW no later than one month before expiry — CWC can manage this on your behalf.
